Delivery 

We will ship your items using Royal Mail 1st class recorded (signed for) delivery. Please note the package will need to be signed for and if you miss the delivery Royal Mail will leave you a red slip which will inform you to collect from your local depot.

Postage and packaging charges are weight dependent. 

Returns & Exchanges

Something Flora is Exchange only, as all of our items are made to order.

If you wish to exchange an item please contact Something Flora. Regrettably, we cannot provide exchanges on bespoke, personalised and sale items, unless they arrive damaged.

We will be more than happy to exchange an item based on the following conditions:

• The item is returned within 3 days of receipt
• The item is returned in its original condition and packaging (Customers are responsible for repackaging the item securely so that it is not damaged in transit)
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• If the item arrives back to Something Flora in a used or worse condition the exchange will not be accepted
• Customers are liable to pay for any remaining cost if they wish to exchange for a more expensive item. We can not refund the difference if a customer wishes to exchange for a cheaper item.
